TREASURER'S REPORT
August 13, 2005


This Treasurer's report concerns the Foundation's fiscal status after
the second quarter of 2005.  This report actually covers the period
from March 21, 2005, since that date marks the beginning of the
Foundation's fiscal history.

The Foundation has created two financial accounts.  The first is a
checking account with Hibernia National Bank; the second is a money
market account with Paypal.  This allows the Foundation both to
deposit and write checks and to receive online credit card payments.

The Foundation received a gratifying response to its call for
donations that went out in April 2005.  During the second quarter
reporting period, the Foundation received $2,931.78 in donations. 
The Foundation also received $4.62 in interest income over that
period.

There were two expenses during the second quarter.  The first was
$59.05 in bank charges, primarily Paypal fees for processing online
donations.  The second was $23.46 in supplies, namely the checkbook
and register for the Hibernia account.

Beginning balance for the quarter was $0.00.  The ending balance was
$2,853.89, on $2,936.40 in income and $82.51 of expenses.

There is one known outstanding bill, not reflected in the Q2
financials, for $287.40 for 12 months of hosting for the Archive. 
Other expected expenses for the next quarter include paying for
increased bandwidth for the Archive and related sites.
